Pricing

Pricing includes standard furnishings only. Furnishings obtained from duties, boat expeditions or are rare to obtain may incur additional fees. Furnishings obtained from the mogstation will need to be purchased by the owner and placed into storage. The use of any of these furnishings will be at the discretion of the owner. About Us

ocswing (ign: Midnababy Simp)Hi, I'm ocswing (oc or swing for short). I primarily like tanking and healing in end-game raiding content, jumping on top of everything, and following around Midna Lumina while doing the showcase emote.
FFXIV housing didn't really interest me until our FC house was done by a fancy well-known designer. I was impressed by the amount of detail, and also enjoyed the process of glitching needed to achieve that vision. I try to maximize space and incorporate "natural" lighting in my builds, but enjoy trying and learning new things.
Luckily Kero took me under her stubby arms, and now we have fun looking at other housing builds, losing weekly housing lotteries, and killing each other in raids. I also like to torment her with long crafting lists, trap PF parties, and she mostly makes sure I don't choose ridiculous colors.

Kerowyn (ign: Kero Wyn)Hey my name is Kero and I am a potato irl and in game. I enjoy leveling jobs, being trapped in mentor roulette by sprouts and throwing handcrafted furniture at ocswing's head.
Originally got into housing when building my fc room and quickly become obsessed after seeing my first in-game elevator. Once I figured out the elevator trick and turned my friend's home into a haunted house I got my own apartment, lost several house bids and spread my housing addiction to oc.
My favorite decorating style is cozy builds. Whenever I am not sabotaging my static in savage progression I enjoy checking out other house builds and climbing in the walls.
My goal is to someday own a house of my own, hire the maximum number of Namazu allowed and create a Thavnairian onion empire to rule over.
